In May 2020, amid the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and significant global changes, our company took its first steps. To swiftly respond to societal shifts, we pioneered the new BPO domain of "Cloud Mail," collaborating with numerous companies as a partner with deep experience in the postal field.
Even as we emerge from the pandemic, the wave of digital transformation (DX) continues. With the progression of hybrid work and telecommuting, there is an increasing demand for optimizing various operations. For example, many companies are looking to outsource operations such as mail management and administrative tasks that employees previously handled on-site, aiming to optimize costs and operational efficiency. Leveraging our accumulated IT and operational know-how, we support our clients' business operations comprehensively as a solution company providing corporate services.
